The fillet is first cured with a mix of salt and sugar, then lightly cold-smoked to preserve its full flavour. Serve it as a delicate appetiser, light entrée or as superior sashimi. Available as single vacuum sealed packaging (100 – 200 g), ready to eat, both for the HoReCa market and retail. Frozen use by date: 6 months after production date. Once defrosted or fresh, use within 15 days. Ready to eat. Best enjoyed immediately after opening.
